The Utah Science Center (USC) opens in early 2010 as part of The Leonardo— on Library Square in Salt Lake City. USC will be the first science center to take interactivity and personal involvement to an entirely new level. Targeted to all who will respond to being treated as adults, USC will involve and empower its visitors to be participants – helping to enhance its exhibits and improve its programs. You are more than a visitor – you are more than a participant; you will help create, enhance, and design the experience.
Hundreds of volunteers have worked for many years to design USC's exhibits, activities, and programs.
USC's three ongoing programs help provide the experience and the foundation for a truly unique new science center.
The Leonardo's programs will enable an effective and comprehensive art, culture, and science experience for all participants.
Welcome to USC's current programs—and to its plans for opening in 2010.
