Where will the USC be?

The Leonardo-Science (formerly USC) will be part of The Leonardo at Library Square, an Art, Culture and Science center in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, 209 East 500 South.

How is the USC connected with The Leonardo?

The Utah Science Center was a founding partner in The Leonardo and is now fully merged with The Leonardo.

How can I get involved?

We have many volunteer opportunities available. These range from administrative work to building exhibits — both for our traveling science center (The Leonardo on Wheels—Science) and our physical location. Please check out our volunteer section › There you’ll be able to read more and fill out a volunteer contact form.

When will The Leonardo open?

We are planning to open in 2010.

What will it be like when it opens?

The best place to learn about the things we have planned is the exhibits planning › area of the site. Here you can learn about programs that we are thinking about and have in the works. If you would like to contribute to any of these, please visit our volunteer › section of the site.

How can I find out more about the programs?

The Leonardo currently runs The Leonardo on Wheels — Science ›, The Salt Lake Valley Science and Engineering Fair › and Science in Society › You can learn more about them by clicking on the links.

You can also find out more about Science without Walls › with USC director Joe Andrade in the programs › section of the site.
