The fair is organized by the Utah Science Center a partner with the soon to be realized The Leonardo at Library Square in Salt Lake City. The USC is linked with Utah industry and especially with University of Utah resources for technical and business development. USC recognizes and relies upon the Utah Engineering Experiment Station (UEES) at University of Utah for their knowledge of fair development and operation for the first three years prior to USC assimilation of the duty to organize the Fair.
